ASPHALT REPAIRS / PHASING PLAN

SUBJECT: ASPHALT REPAIR NOTIFICATION AND PHASING PLAN
***SEE ATTACHED MAP TO REFERENCE WORK AREA***
Ben’s Asphalt will be performing major asphalt repairs on select areas beginning on Thursday November 5, 2026. The major asphalt repair work will be scheduled for 2 consecutive weeks, weather pending.
The area designated on the colored map indicates the affected area of work and phasing for each area of closure during the asphalt repairs.
You will need to park your vehicle outside of the work area during the times and dates of closure.
During the work each phase will be completely closed to vehicular traffic for the times stated below
If you wish to leave your vehicle in your garage or on your driveway and not use it for the duration of the project you may do so.
Phase 2 work on Rancho Cielo will always allow for incoming and outgoing traffic. Please allow for extra time as you ender and exit the community due to construction.

NOTE: ENTRACE / EXIT AT RACNHO CIELO WILL ALWAYS HAVE ACCESS, EXPECT DELAYS
***If your vehicle is parked on the street in a phasing area during the schedule dates for that phase, a tow company will tow your vehicle and you will be responsible for all cost associated with the retrieval of your vehicle.
***If you have construction or any other services scheduled at your property during the above-mentioned dates you will need to suspend them during the schedule for the affected phase.
